The latest two periods did not meet every completeness gate, so no headline comparison is published. Missing data is not treated as zero.
Methodology and limitations
UTC identifies intervals; Europe/London defines the two complete calendar months. Means are duration-weighted, negative time is counted once nationally, adjacent intervals form one run, and incomplete data suppresses the report. The regional median is the median of 14 regional monthly means because the aggregate does not expose an exact within-region monthly median. Standing charges, personal consumption and export payments are excluded.
