A tariff publishing a zero standing charge may genuinely have none or may have a gap in its feed, and the data cannot tell the two apart — at cap rates the difference is about £163 a year, enough to top this table on an artefact. Economy 7 tariffs are absent entirely: costing one means inventing the time the meter switches between day and night rates.
Typical consumption defaults to Ofgem's current figure of 2500 kWh, read from the published values rather than hard-coded.
