Reports are checked against the displayed product code, evidence window, calculation method, database result and relevant primary source.
Report a possible error
Email hello@octotariffs.co.uk with the public page address and enough non-sensitive detail to reproduce the issue. See the contact guidance before sending anything.
Review process
The editor first distinguishes a source-data problem, selection or calculation defect, stale render, availability incident, and editorial wording issue. A report is not treated as confirmed until the relevant evidence is reproduced or verified.
Visible corrections
Material corrections that could have changed a reader's decision receive a note on the affected page or in the relevant methodology. Minor spelling, formatting and accessibility fixes may be corrected without a permanent note. No response-time promise is made.
