Keep private information out of email
Do not send an Octopus API key, account number, MPAN, meter serial number, bill, address, postcode, payment information, or consumption export. OctoTariffs does not need those details to investigate public tariff content.
Account and supply questions
OctoTariffs is not Octopus Energy and cannot access or change an energy account. Contact Octopus Energy directly for billing, metering, switching, eligibility or supply support.
