A tariff publishing a zero standing charge may genuinely have none or may have a gap in its feed, and the data cannot tell the two apart — at cap rates the difference is about £163 a year, enough to top this table on an artefact. Economy 7 tariffs are absent entirely: costing one means inventing the time the meter switches between day and night rates.
